Notice of Availability of Request for Developer Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) For Hotel Development Opportunity in San Francisco The Port of San Francisco is issuing a Request for Developer Qualifications and Proposals (�RFQ/P�) for the development and operation of a first-class full-service hotel at a unique waterfront location at the corner of Broadway and The Embarcadero in the City of San Francisco. The Port is seeking a qualified developer who has the demonstrated experience and ability to finance, design, construct and operate a hotel. The Port is soliciting qualifications first. Then, from a list of the most qualified developers, the Port will solicit proposals. The Port seeks to maximize revenues from the hotel site to activate and revitalize the Northeast Waterfront, to create a quality landmark development that serves as a gateway to the North Beach and Chinatown communities, and to unite and integrate the land side neighborhoods with the waterfront. RFQ/P packages are available from the Port of San Francisco located at The Ferry Building, Suite 3100, San Francisco, CA 94111. The cost is $20.00. Interested parties may obtain an RFQ/P package In Person by picking up at the Port�s front Reception Desk at the Ferry Building, Suite 3100, San Francisco, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or By First Class Mail; or By Delivery Service with charges billed to a party other than the Port; or By Overnight Courier at a charge of $15 with charges billed to a party other than the Port. If you wish to have the RFQ/P mailed or delivered, please complete and send in the form below. Please do not send cash.
