"Our goal is to get quicker access to decision support information" says Greg Vickowski, Controller for The Procaccianti Group. "This provides our GM's with the tools they need to more effectively manage their hotels and achieve the goals we've set for them."

Vickowski adds, "FOCUS really provides a modern approach to hotel management. These days, operations people are more mobile and constantly on the road. It makes for a much more productive environment."

FOCUS will also support Procaccianti in their growth goals. Vickowski explains, "We have a total of 10 hotels now, with several more under agreement. Our growth strategy is to continue to acquire full-service mid to upper market hotels that are under-managed, rehabilitate them and implement strict expense controls. FOCUS will be instrumental in allowing us to grow efficiently by eliminating overhead and maximizing our manpower."
