Hospitality Systems, Inc. (HSI) Celebrates Sixth Year
as one of the nation's leading Point-of-Sale system providers

Boca Raton, Florida - June 3, 1998 - Hospitality Systems, Inc. (HSI), located in Boca Raton, FL, will celebrate it's sixth year as one of the nation's leading Point-of-Sale system providers on June 12, 1998.  Founded in 1992, HSI has lead the Point-of-Sale industry in introducing Windows* based technology to the POS market.

Finding success in the independent restaurant market, HSI expanded into the chain restaurant and hotel markets.  Notable clients like Rainforest Cafe, DoubleTree Hotels, Peabody Hotel Group, Charthouse Restaurants, Applebee's and LongHorn Steakhouse have realized the potential that the HSI Profit Series software brings to their businesses.  For the past six years, HSI has always sold the Profit Series software direct, one of the few POS companies to do so.

"The expansion HSI has undergone since it's founding is phenomenal," says Jim Carlson President and co-founder of HSI.  "Our success, as well as the success of our clients, has proven to the POS industry that HSI is here to stay.  As we begin our sixth year with the new, 100% Windows* based, Profit Series 4.0 product I'm confident that more businesses will realize the potential in our product and use it to their full advantage."

HSI's corporate offices are located in Boca Raton, Florida, with additional Sales and Service Offices in Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, El Paso, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York City, Orlando, Philadelphia, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis and Toronto, Canada.   HSI is a privately held company and is financially backed by GEOCapital Partners, a highly respected venture capital investment firm.
