Tracy Ford, Resort Manager, Kauai Beach Resort
Tracy Ford was recently named Resort Manager for the 350-room Kauai Beach Resort.  In his position, Ford supports General Manager David Sosner and provides leadership and guidance for management and line level team members.

Prior to joining the Kauai Beach Resort team, Ford held management positions in Hawai‘i, Mexico and Tahiti including Director of Property Management, Hacienda Beach Club and Residence – Cabo San Lucas; Hotel Manager Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa, Starwood Hotels  & Resorts and Director of Food & Beverage Kapalua Bay Hotel & Ocean Villas, Starwood Hotels  & Resorts - Maui.

Other appointments at the resort include:

Jennie Waiwaiole-Vega, Assistant Guest Services Manager
Waiwaiole-Vega has been promoted to Assistant Guest Services Manager. In this role, she will lead the effort in ensuring exceptional guest service is provided to hotel guests.

Jezmine “Ala” Perreira, Owner's Liaison
Perreira has been promoted to Owner's Liaison and reports directly to General Manager David Sosner. She will serve as the point-person for all owner inquires and requests.

Jodi Hashimoto-Omo, Director of Guest Services
Hashimoto-Omo was named Director of Guest Services.  Hashimoto-Omo will provide   oversight for high guest-contact departments including Front Office, Bell/Valet and Guest Express. In her role, she will focus on ensuring guest satisfaction standards are met and exceeded.

Maile Lewis, Executive Assistant
Lewis has transitioned from Sales Coordinator to Executive Assistant, reporting directly to General Manager David Sosner and Resort Manager, Tracy Ford.

Janice Ishihara, Director of Sales has added oversight of the Reservations Department which is supervised by Reservations Supervisor, Jaelynn “Kahea” Caminos.
