September 18, 2012 - The Village of Matteson came together with state, regional, and local officials to celebrate the grand reopening of the Holiday Inn Chicago Matteson Conference Center, near the intersection of Interstate 57 and US Route 30, after a $12 million top-to-bottom renovation.   A bold new style with updated amenities will attract the attention of new leisure visitors as well as meeting, convention, trade show, and event planners.

The transformation of the hotel began in November 2011 with a full-renovation of every one of the 202 rooms. Bright blues and greens highlight the room’s new décor and luxurious granite countertops highlight the all-new bathrooms. New room amenities include Holiday Inn’s signature Perfect Pillows, Bath and Body Works toiletries, large flat screen televisions, and complimentary wired and wireless internet access.
