HHM, Formerly Known as Hersha Hospitality Management, Completes
Renovations of Four Hotels in the Northeast - in Massachusetts,
New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania

(Philadelphia) – July 18, 2012
… HHM, formerly known as Hersha Hospitality Management, completed renovations of four hotels across the Northeast region – in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the company recently announced.

The 112-room Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cambridge and the 155-room Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites King of Prussia received complete renovations to align the properties with the new brand standards.  At the Cambridge hotel, a revitalized lobby and breakfast area are made even more inviting by the addition of a marketplace. Guestrooms were revamped with modern furniture, carpets and accents of coral in the design.  Kitchenettes now have new microwaves and mini-refrigerators for added convenience.  Just 10 minutes from downtown Boston and only three blocks from the T, Holiday Inn Express Cambridge is also convenient to Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

At the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites King of Prussia, the lobby, business center, breakfast area and all guestrooms were upgraded for a more modern look and vibrant feel.  In the guestrooms, bursts of blue in the updated carpet match the soft new bedding, and granite countertops in the kitchens complement new refrigerators and microwaves.  The cobalt accents extend through the hallway carpeting and into the lobby, where inviting sofas and lounge chairs were added. Walking distance from King of Prussia Mall and only 18 miles from Philadelphia, the hotel is also accessible to such businesses as Lockheed Martin and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals – making it convenient for all types of travel.

The 130-room Courtyard Ewing/Princeton, New Jersey also received an overhaul to all guestrooms, creating a more comfortable and relaxing feel.  New couches, chairs, lighting and drapes are highlighted with orange and red tones to put travelers at ease while in town for any of the nearby attractions such as New Hope, Sesame Place and Crossing Vineyards and Winery.  And, visitors will find Courtyard Ewing/Princeton convenient to local colleges such as Princeton and The College of New Jersey.

Hampton Inn Seaport, located in the Financial District of Manhattan completed renovations to all 65 guestrooms.  Upon entering the rooms, investments in new wallpaper, carpets and drapes blend well with the blue glass tops on refinished furniture.  Nestled amid the New York Harbor, the Brooklyn Bridge, tall ships and expansive vistas, the Hampton Inn Seaport is located in one of New York’s most vibrant communities.  And, the hotel is only blocks from Wall Street.
