TripCraft Collaborates with Newmarket International to Deliver
Industry Leading Event & Guest Service Mobile Solutions for Hotels

WALTHAM, MA — June 21, 2012TripCraft, developer of the hospitality industry’s first mobile commerce platform for guest and operational applications, announced today that it is partnering with Newmarket® International, the hospitality industry’s leading event and guest experience company, to deliver new and innovative mobile solutions for the hospitality industry. The new mobile capabilities will empower hotel staff to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction by delivering guest value at the point-of-service.

TripCraft will be an early partner to adopt Newmarket International’s Cloud Services platform for Event Data.  By accessing Newmarket International’s cloud-based Event Data, mobile solutions will be powered by real-time data from across Newmarket International’s Salesforce Automation and Catering & Events solutions, enabling seamless access to information, rapid decision-making, and the ability to support guests remotely at the point-of-service throughout the property. Additionally, TripCraft will enable guests to generate service delivery requests directly to Newmarket International’s HotSOS Service Optimization System.
