Responsible for operations at both Reflections restaurant & lounge and 1927 lobby lounge, as well as banquets, weddings and room services, Derek will also be integral to the opening of Prohibition, slated for the end of the year. Originally from Connecticut, Derek fell in love with Vancouver following frequent weekend trips while working in Seattle. An avid skier and golfer, the stars aligned when he was approached by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts with the offer to relocate from Dallas’ Rosewood Crescent Hotel to the Rosewood Hotel Georgia.
