Landmark Hotels Group Promotes Thomas Pauly to Vice President Responsible
for Projects in Mexico and New Developments While Roseann Grippo Becomes
General Manager of The 338-room Kahala Hotel & Resort in Hawaii

HONOLULU (November 28, 2011) - Shawn Sweeney, President and Chief Operating Officer of Landmark Hotels Group, Management Company of The Kahala Hotel & Resort and Makena Beach & Golf Resort in Hawaii, has announced the promotions of Thomas Pauly and Roseann Grippo.

Thomas Pauly has been promoted to Vice President with responsibility for Landmark projects in Mexico as well as new developments. The upgrading of Landmark’s successful boutique hotel in Mexico City will be a primary focus. He has been a key member of Landmark Hotels operations since 2007 when he was appointed General Manager of the group’s Embassy Suites Hotel in Mexico City. In early 2009, he relocated to Honolulu to become General Manager of The Kahala. Roseann Grippo has been promoted to General Manager of The Kahala Hotel & Resort, after joining The Kahala executive team as Resident Manager in June of this year. She previously held the position of Hotel Manager for the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel and also served as Area Director of Food and Beverage for Starwood Hotels and Resorts in Hawaii and French Polynesia. Prior to her Starwood tenure, she was Executive Assistant Operations Manager with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.
