the Forbes
five star rated Boston Harbor Hotel. Mr.
Crellin will start in the role of managing director and general manager

“It was critical that
we find the right leadership for this hotel, and we have in Jon
Crellin,” says
Richard Kelleher, CEO of Pyramid Hotel Group and one of the original

accomplished general manager who already knows the city of Boston well.
He has
tremendous leadership skills, and he is well versed in the language of
luxury
that is such an essential part of the Boston Harbor Hotel experience.”
Mr. Crellin comes to the Boston Harbor Hotel after working
for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts for more than fifteen years, most

his tenure with Fairmont, Mr. Crellin
guided both properties in elevating service standards and earning
coveted
hospitality industry accolades.
“I am thrilled about this opportunity to serve as general
manager of the Boston Harbor Hotel,” says Crellin. “As a native
Bostonian and hospitality
executive, I always have admired this hotel. The restaurants and
facilities are
exceptional, but above and beyond, the Boston Harbor Hotel’s greatest
asset is
the thoughtful, attentive staff. I look
forward to working with the team and identifying innovative and
enhanced ways
in which we can take care of our guests and clients.”
Committed to hospitality education, Mr. Crellin is a member
