Powell Butte,
Ore. – July 13 , 2011 –
After purchasing Brasada Ranch,
a luxury resort and golf course located
16 miles northeast of Bend, Ore., Northview Hotel Group has finished
putting
the final touches on a three million dollar renovation
and now offers guests several new recreational options.
Northview Hotel
Group purchased the Brasada Ranch property in Nov. 2010. Since that
time the
company has added a new restaurant, full service spa and youth activity
center
as well as enhanced many other amenities, including expanding the
equestrian
program and athletic center.
“Brasada Ranch
is pleased to offer these new features and activities to our guests. We
really
have something for everyone and are committed to providing a special
experience
for each guest,” said Brent McLean, vice president of sales and
marketing for
Brasada Ranch. “We are certain a stay at Brasada Ranch will be a
memorable one,
whether you lounge at one of our pools, tee it up on our Peter
Jacobsen-designed golf course, or head out on horseback for a trail
ride.”
Brasada
Ranch’s new amenities:
- Four
New Ranch House Lodge Suites
feature expansive windows, gas fireplaces, large private terraces, and
the
Resort’s finest views. The spacious suites are 500- to 900-square-feet.

hot tub
and fire pit.

features local, seasonal ingredients prepared by Executive Chef Adrian
Carpenter. The space features a bar created from hand- hewn wood, two
outdoor

ingredients.

Ranch House offers
guests a casual dining experience with organic coffees and teas,
house-made pastries,
gourmet breakfast dishes and a menu of smaller plates including salads,
sandwiches, flatbreads and pizzas cooked in the hearth oven. The Ranch
House
also offers wine tastings showcasing local Central Oregon wines, as
well as a
pneumatic wine system.
- Spa
Brasada features four
indoor treatment rooms, luxurious locker rooms with steam rooms, and an
adult
pool and hot tub with views of the Cascade peaks. Guests are invited to
work
with the spa director to customize their treatments.

Center programs have
been added including riding options in indoor or outdoor arenas or on
the miles of trails on the property. Lessons are available for all ages
and

members to
lease a particular horse or string of horses.
- The
Hideout is designed for
children and young adults and features a ping-pong table, media room,
indoor
climbing wall, tot’s play area and regular schedule of activities.
Designed for
specific age groups up to 18 years old, activities include arts and
crafts,
nature hikes, geo-caching tours, birding, family movie nights, and
beginner
horsemanship that includes Girl Scout and Boy Scout merit badge
accreditations.

the
