Rosewood Hotels & Resorts Names Radha Arora, President;
Current President and CEO John Scott Stepping Down



August 2, 2011 - Rosewood Hotels & Resorts announced today that Mr.  has been appointed president of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, the ultra-luxury hotel management company based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Radha will assume his new post September 5, 2011. Current president and CEO John M. Scott III plans to step down after leading Rosewood for eight years in which Rosewood doubled the number of properties under management.

Mr. Arora has more than 30 years of luxury hospitality experience and will be responsible for ensuring continuity in Rosewood’s exceptional service delivery and product offerings at the company’s 20 internationally acclaimed hotels and resorts. Additionally, Mr. Arora will lead Rosewood’s experienced team of hospitality professionals as the company expands globally with a five-year growth plan of doubling the number of properties under management or in development.

Mr. Arora joins Rosewood from Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts where he was regional vice president and general manager of Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel and was responsible for Four Seasons properties in Bora Bora, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Seattle and Las Vegas. In his 16-year career with Four Seasons, he held management positions at Four Seasons hotels in Philadelphia, Toronto, Hawai’i, and Goa, India.
