Under this new assignment, Prestige Hospitality Group will be responsible for daily hotel and convention operations, capital improvements, marketing and business development for this destination hotel and indoor water park resort.

The CoCo Key Water Resort Hotel & Convention Center is located on East Main Street in Waterbury, within easy access to Interstate 84 and conveniently located in central Connecticut. The hotel and conference center includes 280 newly renovated rooms and two Presidential suites, 21 meetings rooms and exhibition space with accommodations for up to 1,200 attendees, and a full service banquet and catering department. The CoCo Key Water Resort is Connecticut’s only indoor water park.
