FairBridge Hotels International Launches Two New
Brands - Loyalty Inn and Dumont Inn

Spokane, Washington - FairBridge Hotels International, a hospitality firm based in downtown Spokane, WA announced today the launch of two new flags under the FairBridge name just months after the official launch of the flagship FairBridge Express brand. Currently there are 15 FairBridge sites in the U.S. with almost 20 more in the pipeline scheduled to open in late 2011 and early 2012. FairBridge offers the flex-concept membership-based affiliation, a flat-rate fee system “that operators prefer over the traditional outdated and expensive franchise model,” says Fred Schoener, Director of Brand Operations.  The Loyalty and Dumont brands were created to round out the economy segment and the mid-scale, limited-service line.

Loyalty Inn, the flag in the economy segment, is for roadside locations with at least 25 rooms offering clean, comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price.  The fee structure for a Loyalty Inn is a flat $15 per room per month. There are now three Loyalty Inn sites under contract in Washington state and Michigan, with several more memberships pending throughout the Pacific Northwest and the Midwest.

Dumont Inn, the newest member of the FairBridge family, completes the brand’s mid-scale limited service offering for exterior corridor properties. With 2 new Dumont Inns coming onboard and several more in the pipeline, the Dumont Inn brand has received a fantastic reception in the early stages of a nationwide roll-out.
