COSTA MESA, Calif. May 2, 2011 – The Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa has recently welcomed Jeffery Vosburgh aboard as executive chef at the luxurious 486-room property located near South Coast Plaza.
In his new role, Chef Vosburgh will be responsible for the hotel’s award winning culinary operation, including the Bristol Palms Restaurant, banquet kitchen, Kosher Kitchen, room service, and the lobby level pizzeria and lounge. The hotel serves on an average more than 800 meals a day and has a culinary staff of approximately 45 team members.
Chef Vosburgh boasts a diverse culinary background, most recently serving as executive sous chef at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, a Mobil 4 Star luxury hotel known for hosting international events like the Golden Globes. Prior to holding that post, he was responsible for culinary operations at the Cuscowilla Resort on Lake Oconee in Eatonton, Georgia, and at the Georgian Terrace Hotel in Atlanta.
His other previous hotel experience includes culinary responsibilities with Swissotel Atlanta and at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Buckhead, Georgia. Other career highlights include having culinary posts with John Harvard’s and Murphy’s restaurants in Atlanta. He attended Massey School of Business in Atlanta.
