AUSTIN, TX – HITEC Booth #1639, June 18, 2008 – AltiusPAR, a leading developer of innovative software and service solutions for the hospitality industry, announced today the first implementation of its enterprise Guest Experience Ecosystem (GEE) with its award-winning client, citizenM Hotels. Designed as an integrated ecosystem, the new offering provides citizenM a highly flexible solution based on a data-centric approach to guest services that is highly personalized, scalable and can adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment.
The AltiusPAR integrated ecosystem allows citizenM guests to easily configure their room at the time their reservations are made or anytime thereafter. They can choose specific themes such as “relaxation,” “romance,” or “business” to set pre-defined parameters or they can individually choose from items such as favorite TV content, music, preferred room temperature, lighting scheme, and other preferences, all of which are automatically adjusted once they check-in at the kiosk and their RFID tag is activated. Any changes made during their stay are automatically stored and the next time the guest checks-in, the room will be configured precisely as indicated in the previous stay -- the ultimate in customized travel.

The integrated ecosystem offers a 360 degree view of the guest because all the PreStay, InStay and PostStay guest data is collected, stored and made available to all the AltiusPAR modules and external modules such as the CRS, PMS, kiosk and Internet Booking Engine so that the latest information about a guest is available at all touch-points. AltiusPAR’s GEE offers a flexible and scalable environment that integrates with a variety of applications, such as: reservations, hotel services, PBX, in-room offerings, marketing programs and future offerings via its flexible Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). By creating seamless connectivity between customer preferences and their surrounding environment, citizenM can enhance each encounter with a guest while also maximizing its revenue.
