AUSTIN, TX – HITEC Booth #1639, June 17, 2008 – AltiusPAR, a leading developer of innovative software and service solutions for the hospitality industry, announced today the general availability of its next generation enterprise Guest Experience Ecosystem (GEE), including enhanced features for the AltiusPAR Internet Booking Engine (IBE). With the new integrated ecosystem model, hotels now have access to a highly flexible and powerful solution based on a data-centric guest services framework that allows them to deliver highly personalized, fully automated services to their guests.
The integrated ecosystem approach delivers data through web services to the modules and external components in the ecosystem so a unique guest experience can be delivered. Hotels have real-time access to relevant and updated guest information at any touch-point. This real-time information enables hotels to boost productivity and profitability by having integrated and highly customized applications for services such as: reservations, hotel services, in-room offerings, room environment, marketing programs and more.
