Scott Bunce Joins CityStay Hotels as President and Chief
of Operations

Will Manage New Gen X and Y Hotel Brands Launch
Slated For This Year
| New York, NY., March 18th, 2008 � Officials at Citystay
Hotels, an emerging new urban hotel brand concept, have announced today
that veteran hotelier R. Scott Bunce (Scott) has joined the company
as President and Chief of Operations.
�After a few years of putting all the pieces of the puzzle together in creating a brand that fits my vision, and most importantly, my generation�s lifestyle and demands, I am proud to say we have taken the next necessary step in adding an industry veteran hotelier to our senior management team,� said Gregory Tubeck, CityStay�s founder. �Scott brings to us executive level experience in operations, development, revenue planning and marketing, and he is exactly what we need as we introduce our hotels to the general public, and set ourselves apart from the current and lackluster competition, which is the hotel industry now.� �I am extremely excited to be able to lead the launch of this exciting new concept. I will be focusing on matching opportunities with investors and developers who share the vision of this unique urban concept, coupled with our cutting edge technology,� says Bunce. �I am setting our sites on souring strategic urban locations for hotels that are poised to be efficiently repositioned, warehouse style buildings for a loft style environment, and new construction.� Bunce is the former Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the Americas for Hilton International, where his responsibilities were focused on revenue maximization of hotels throughout Canada, South America, and the Caribbean. The organization totaled well over $65 million in EBITDA, with over 250 people employed under Mr. Bunce. Prior to that, Bunce served as Vice President of Revenue Management for Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts/Rezidor, where he created and was responsible for the revenue maximization of over 100 hotels throughout Europe, and the Middle East, totaling over $600 million. His experience in international markets included developing new and existing distribution channels via Global Distribution Systems, electronic & on-line booking vehicles and improving web site and new E-commerce opportunities, development and implementation of company pricing and business mix strategies throughout Europe. Bunce has also served as VP of Sales and Revenue Management for Intrawest Destination Resorts, and VP of Operations, Western Territory for ResortQuest. Mr. Bunce is the founder and CEO of Epiphany Hospitality International, LLC, a full service condo and hotel management company. Mr. Bunce is a member of AHLA and CHLA. As a noted industry speaking professional and using his Drama Scholarship Scott has guest lectured at several schools, written and delivered Sales and Revenue Management curriculum, including The Hotel School of Glion Switzerland, and was a regular speaker throughout Europe at IQPC conferences, and a frequent guest speaker, panelist and moderator at several Mountain Travel Symposiums. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University in Michigan. About Citystay Hotels, LLC Based in New York City, CityStay Hotels is a new hotel concept aimed
