ResortQuest Names Scott Bunce Territory Vice President
for the Western Region

NASHVILLE, Tenn. � September 20, 2005 � ResortQuest, the nation�s largest vacation rental property company, has named Scott Bunce territory vice president for the Western region.  Bunce will be responsible for the management of marketing and operations for the company in North America�s top ski destinations.
�With vast experience in property management working with Destination Hotels and Resorts and Intrawest Destination Hotels, the role of territory vice president of the Western region is tailor made to what I can contribute to the company�s success,� said Bunce.  �I am excited to be a part of ResortQuest, the leader in property management in the best mountain ski resorts that North America has to offer.�

Bunce brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the property management and hospitality industry.  He comes to ResortQuest from Destination Hotels & Resorts where he created a condo-rental management brand strategy including development, operations, sales, revenue management, loyalty and owners programs.  Prior to that, he served as vice president of sales for Intrawest Destination Resorts.  Bunce has been vice president of sales and marketing for Hilton International and has served in several management positions with Radisson.  

Bunce began his career in restaurant management for South Seas Properties in Fort Myers, Florida. He received a bachelor�s degree in business administration from Ferris State University in Michigan.
