The Nikki Beach Brand Opening its First Full-service
Resort in the Turks & Caicos Islands

the luxury boutique hotel and resort business with the introduction of
its first full-service resort and marina complex in the Turks & Caicos
Islands. Opening April 5, 2008, Nikki Beach Resort Turks & Caicos is
the first of 15 new hotels and resorts located in 12 countries around the
world. The resort features luxury studios, one- and two-bedroom suites.

Opening April 5, Phase One of the project includes a 48-room resort
along with the signature Nikki Beach Club, VIP Ultra Lounge as well as

open in 2010, will add an additional 110-room resort, casino and spa.
