Oasis Hotels & Resorts Launches Third Brand - "Sens"
New brand extension designed to 'seduce the senses'
of the discerning traveler

July 9, 2007 -- Cancun, Mexico -- Oasis Hotels & Resorts is launching a third brand extension to be known as "Sens." The name "Sens" translates from French to mean "senses," and was selected because Sens properties will appeal to guests and all their five senses - sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch.

The first Sens property, the Sens Cancun has just opened, while the Sens Del Mar by Oasis will open in December 2007.

The Sens properties are boutique style, Zen-like hotels designed for the discerning upscale traveler who seeks the finest in accommodations and services yet with a holistic ambiance. Guest rooms are decorated in soothing beiges and whites; the spa area opens to the tranquil pool or beach; soothing music plays throughout the property; lights are used to tantalize the senses behind walls, on bars, etc.; and guests can even dine or relax in their hotel's sexy Bed Lounge.

The Sens Cancun Hotel is located on Tulum Avenue, one of Cancun main streets, only 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport and 10 from the Hotel Zone, surrounded by the spectacular blue hues of the Caribbean Sea.

According to Enrique Klein, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for TravAmerica, which exclusively represents Oasis Hotels & Resorts, "Sens properties are very chic and trendy. They provide a minimalist ambiance, and offer a custom-made vacation experience for the guest. The goal at Sens is for us to seduce the guest's senses."

The Sens Cancun features 58 guest rooms and suites in the center of Cancun and yet a world away. Accommodations include king-sized beds, plasma TVs, internet access, iPod docking stations, aromatherapy scents in the room to be customized to each guest's preference, and more. The property also features the Spa Kin Ha for a wide variety of relaxing treatments. Restaurants and lounges at the Sens Cancun include the Sens Coffee Shop, the Nori Bar for sushi and other Japanese specialties; the Agave Bar, the Pop Art Bar, and the Sens Bed Lounge.

The Sens del Mar will feature similar facilities and services when it opens at the end of this year.

In addition to these properties in the Dominican Republic, Oasis Hotels & Resorts currently operates seven properties in Mexico: the Oasis Cancun, Oasis Viva Beach, Oasis Palm Beach, and Oasis America. Grand Oasis Deluxe All Inclusive Resorts & Spas operates the flagship Grand Oasis Cancun, Grand Oasis Riviera Maya, and the Grand Oasis Playa, which is now an adults only (23 and over) property.

This summer, Grand Oasis will have a soft opening for its Grand Oasis Caribbean Beach Resort, and the company will introduce a new brand called "Sens," which will include the Sens Cancun (currently open) and the Sens Del Mar (opening in late 2007).
