Montvale, NJ (February 06, 2007) – Dolce International recently brought together all the Sales and Marketing Associates and general managers from Europe and North America for their annual international sales conference, at Lakeway Resort and Spa in Austin, Texas. The theme of this year's conference was Dolce Rocks Austin.

The meeting began with a state of the union address presented by Andy Dolce, chairman and managing partner of Dolce International and Steve Giblin, president and COO. "Dolce International had an exceptional year!” declared Giblin. He then went on to thank all the associates for achieving a 14% increase in revenue growth, 28% increase in NOI and 16.5% increase in RevPar. "Our RevPar growth was almost double that of the industry” Giblin added to loud applause and cheers.  Andy Dolce next spoke to the group about the company's growth strategy over the next five years, growing the brand in North America and Europe by continuing to build the conference center sector and building Dolce's presence in the resort and conference hotel sectors.

In between some continuing education sessions, handing out awards to its top sales executives for 2006, and revving up for 2007, associates also had some fun with friendly team building competitions on Lake Travis.

The highlight of the conference, the awards ceremony, showcased the best in sales and provided well-deserved recognition.  Dolce Sitges from Barcelona, Spain won two of the top awards.
