The Revenue Management Accelerator -- Basic Concepts and Best Practices is the first in a series of revenue management programs.    This program is designed for those who want to ground themselves in the basics of revenue management � new and aspiring revenue managers as well as GMs who want an update on current processes in the area.  Sales people who want an understanding of the process as well as owners, who would like to better understand the basics will all benefit from this program. 

At the end of the web cast you will:

  • Appreciate why revenue management is a compelling competitive advantage 
  • Understand and be able to develop a rate strategy 
  • Be able to implement a pricing strategy based upon demand patterns
  • Appreciate the role and function of the Revenue Management Committee
  • Be able to develop and utilize �market intelligence�
