BROOKFIELD, Wis. - Oct. 12, 2005 -- Doubletree(R) Hotels proudly announces that the Wyndham Garden Hotel Brookfield has become the Doubletree Hotel Milwaukee/Brookfield, representing the second Wisconsin full-service hotel this year to join the brand's portfolio of more than 150 fine properties across North America. Centrally situated 15 minutes from downtown Milwaukee, ten minutes from downtown Waukesha and 25 minutes from General Mitchell International Airport, the upscale, full-service hotel has completed a $3 million renovation to reinvigorate its 177 guest rooms, 2,700 square feet of meeting space, dining and fitness facilities, and much more.

The Doubletree Hotel Milwaukee/Brookfield is owned by CH Realty II/Brookfield Hotel Operating, LLC, operated under a franchise agreement with Doubletree Hotel Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT) and managed by Aimbridge Hospitality.

"Doubletree continues to gain interest from several owners, developers and management companies across the country as one of the most attractive conversion brands in the hotel industry," said Dave Horton, senior vice president - brand management for Doubletree Hotels.
