SynXis Adds Live Tee Time Golf Packaging
Capability through GolfHero Agreement

SOUTHLAKE, TX and SCOTTSDALE, AZ � NOVEMBER 10, 2005.  SynXis and GolfHero announced today an agreement which gives hotels using the SynXis Booking Engine exposure to the millions of golfers booking online each week.   SynXis, the Sabre Holdings (NYSE:TSG) business that provides reservation management, distribution and technology services for hotels offers the widest distribution of any CRS provider.

GolfHero and SynXis constructed an OTA XML standard interface to give their mutual customers a robust, private label HTML solution.  The interface enables the hotel property to offer a dynamic golf packaging solution on their web site. This powerful technology solution was designed for any hotel property who wishes to provide golfers the ability to seamlessly book accommodations and tee times in real time with a single credit card transaction.  The hotel can now bundle their room inventory with live tee time inventory from surrounding golf courses and earn a commission on every transaction.

GolfHero is set up as a new channel for distribution in the SynXis RedX Control Center and can have rates and descriptions specific to the golf travel market.  Hotel guests will benefit with a single transaction for both hotel and tee time reservations, easy location of nearby golf courses, and no �convenience� fees.  SynXis customers will benefit with greater distribution and incremental revenue from the commissions paid to them from their traveling golfers.
