Staley brings over 20 years of hospitality experience and has worked for hotels in Florida, Georgia, California and Aruba.  Prior to his tenure at The Omni Colonnade Hotel, he was the hotel manager/director of operations of The Westin Innisbrook Golf Resort in Tarpon Springs, general manager of the Wyndham Westshore Hotel in Tampa, general manager of the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Atlanta and hotel manager of the Wyndham Aruba Beach Resort and Casino in Aruba.
