WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Sept. 15, 2005 - The Harrick, a Manhattan-styled luxury all-suite boutique hotel in West Palm Beach, has announced it has selected Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group LLC, the innovative boutique hotel operator, as Manager of the hotel and restaurant.  Kimpton owns or manages 39 boutique hotels and restaurants in 17 cities across the U.S.

The Harrick, West Palm Beach’s most luxurious hotel, will be located at the corner of Lakeview Avenue and Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach.  The Harrick will rise over 20 stories and feature 138 one- and two-bedroom suites ranging from 630- to more than 1,200-square-feet.  The penthouse floors will offer sweeping views of the city, Intracoastal and ocean.  The Harrick will be West Palm Beach’s only condominium hotel.  Prices begin in the mid-$500,000s.
