the management contract for the former IBM training center in La Hulpe
near Brussels, by the property's owner, Banimmo Real Estate. Dolce's
first property in Belgium, Dolce La Hulpe Brussels will, after an extensive
12-15 months renovation and expansion program be open for business in January
2007.
Located just under 10 miles from Brussels Zaventem International Airport
and Brussels city center in the Soignes forest, the property boasts
excellent transport links by being only 25 minutes from Brussels Midi train
station with high speed train services connecting Brussels to London, Paris,
Amsterdam and Cologne. Being developed into a full service Dolce
Hotel & Conference Destination to offer 264 guest rooms, 40 meeting
rooms including four auditoriums up to 484 seats, the property will also
feature a Dolce Spa with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, fitness
