the management contract for the former IBM training center in La Hulpe
near Brussels, by the property's owner, Banimmo Real Estate. Dolce's
first property in Belgium, Dolce La Hulpe Brussels will, after an extensive
12-15 months renovation and expansion program be open for business in January
Located just under 10 miles from Brussels Zaventem International Airport
and Brussels city center in the Soignes forest, the property boasts
excellent transport links by being only 25 minutes from Brussels Midi train
station with high speed train services connecting Brussels to London, Paris,
Amsterdam and Cologne. Being developed into a full service Dolce
Hotel & Conference Destination to offer 264 guest rooms, 40 meeting
rooms including four auditoriums up to 484 seats, the property will also
feature a Dolce Spa with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, fitness
centre and treatment rooms for massages and beauty treatments.

In addition, Dolce La Hulpe Brussels will provide an a la carte restaurant, a main dining room for 320 people, two private dining rooms and banquet facilities, as well as two bars. The two conference centers, combined will offer 47,400 square feet of dedicated meeting space, and are divided by the hotel wing located in the center of the property.
Offering the very latest in communication technology, the property's meeting spaces will be equipped with high speed wired and wireless internet access, ergonomic meeting chairs and continually refreshed coffee-break buffets and networking areas.
