New Roots to Prepare for Future Growth, Expansion
of Products, and Larger Customer Assistance Center
|PHOENIX — APRIL 20, 2005 — Multi-Systems Inc.
(MSI), the hospitality industry’s leading provider of fully integrated
property-management, marketing and reservations systems, has moved its
headquarters. The new facility is located at 7600 North 15th Street, Phoenix,
“After 10 years of successful growth and expansion of our diverse product portfolio, we needed more space,” said Rick Munson, MSI president. “MSI is very pro-family and associate focused. We previously occupied a pair of two-story buildings encompassing five separate suites. In order to nurture our family culture, it was important for us to find a location that was centrally located that would keep us together under one roof.”
“We’ve added brands to our portfolio,” Munson said. “We’ve grown from a PMS-only company to one that offers sales-and-catering, point-of-sale, corporate services and enterprise solutions. Soon, these services will become available in Web-based and ASP-model environments. In addition, we have also diversified by offering our solutions to multiple segments including resort, full-service, economy, limited-service and extended-stay properties.
Munson adds, “Customer service is our No. 1 priority at MSI and this move allows us to expand our Customer Assistance Center. This year we will be announcing exciting new programs to support our valued customers, including new tracking software and comprehensive training initiatives.”
As the industry continues to grow and change, Munson said MSI is now better positioned to grow and change with it.
