Patrick Sorge Named Director of Sales and Marketing
at The Hyatt Regency Boston

Boston, MA: March 8, 2005 - Patrick Sorge has been named director of sales and marketing at The Hyatt Regency Boston. Mr. Sorge is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's sales, marketing and public relations efforts including that of the hotel's current $10.5 million guest room renovation and award winning restaurant, Avenue One.

Mr. Sorge has an extensive background in hospitality and brings more than 17 years of hospitality expertise to his position. Previously, Mr. Sorge was Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hyatt Regency Cambridge, MA.

Prior to holding the position of Director of Sales and Marketing in Cambridge, Mr. Sorge has held the same position at Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh and Hyatt Regency Buffalo. He has also held positions of Associate Director of Sales, Pre-Opening Sales Manager, Sales Manager and Desk Clerk gaining vast experience in many major markets.

Mr. Sorge is a member of MPI and HSMAI. He received a Bachelors of Science degree in Hotel/Restaurant administration from Niagara University and an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Niagara County Community College. Originally from Niagara Falls, New York, Mr. Sorge currently resides in Belmont, MA.

Centrally located in the heart of Boston, Hyatt Regency Boston is just steps away from Boston Common, Faneuil Hall, the Theatre District, Newbury Street, and attached to the city's subway "T" system. The 22-story hotel also caters to meeting attendees with over 20,000 square feet of meeting space.
