THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS, April 2004 ... Benchmark Hospitality has appointed
Kenneth Owen Gerhardt director of food & beverage for The Georgian
Terrace Hotel, an historic property featuring 319 suites, located in the
heart of Atlanta's burgeoning Midtown district. Roy Young, managing
director, made the announcement.
Built in 1911 at the corner of Peachtree Street and Ponce de Leon Avenue in Midtown Atlanta, The Georgian Terrace ( www.thegeorgianterrace.com ) is one of the city's most distinguished hotels, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The property features 319 suites, a state-of-the-art conference center, stunning rooftop pool, health club, and two restaurants. The spacious guest suites are elegantly furnished with mahogany vanities and fully equipped kitchens.
