| GLEN COVE, NY � April 29, 2003 �The Harrison
Conference Center at Glen Cove�s Executive Chef Brendan Slaven and his
culinary team won First Place for their entrée at the �Decade of
Good Taste� annual culinary competition held recently on Long Island.
The winning entrée of Tenderloin of Veal filled with Morel Duxelle
laid on a bed of Thyme Spatzle with Bacon Lardons, Morel Cream and Truffle
Reduction beat out 70 other competitors.
This annual event benefits the South Nassau Communities Hospital.
