Jill Wilder Named Vice President and Officer
of Aptech Computer Systems Inc.
PITTSBURGH, May 7, 2002 - Longtime hospitality industry veteran Jill Wilder was named Vice President of Aptech Computer Systems Inc. today, a position in which she will also serve as a general officer of the corporation.  Wilder, whose name is synonymous in the hotel industry with professional Customer Support, joined Aptech in 1986.  She was a key player and leader during its transition from a multi-product company to a focused national provider of high quality hospitality accounting and business intelligence products.

Reporting directly to Aptech President Jay Troutman, Jill oversees day-to-day management of the company including sales and marketing operations in the U.S.  She also manages product development functions, financial and administrative areas, and customer support.

"Jill is a seasoned executive with demonstrated expertise in growing companies to profitability," said Troutman.  "I am delighted to have an executive of her caliber help us not only evolve new technologies for our clients but also maintain the types of relationships that have earned Aptech 100% customer loyalty with more than 700 users."

With over 18 years experience in computerized accounting and business applications, Wilder was responsible for both the design and development of Aptech's enterprise business intelligence application, Execuvue.  The software quickly attaches to and - on demand - organizes any desired combination of operational, accounting, quality control, and industry data, such as Smith Travel, with drag and drop Windows simplicity, thus allowing managers to control costs and increase revenue.

Aptech Computer Systems, Inc., based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, leads the hospitality industry in leveraging change by valuing human relationships and applying technology to solve business problems for people.
