Renovation on the property began early last summer. Over the last few months the hotel has spent millions of dollars on new carpet, tile and furniture for each room. The lobby has been opened up to make it more guest-friendly. The restaurant has updated its concept and changed its name to the California Café, a name that more closely reflects the produce and products that are bought from local and regional vendors. The hotel�s lounge has been completely remodeled. A full service Business Center has also been added.

The new Holiday Inn now has 257 guest-rooms, including some suites. Amenities in each room have been updated to include: phones with data ports, voicemail, desks with ergonomic chairs, coffee makers, irons and ironing boards, mini refrigerator, and microwave. An indoor pool and hot tub with exercise room is available for guest use. Guests are also welcome to use The San Luis room, which offers a private meeting space with pool table, shuffle-board, darts and assorted table games. Guests will also be able to earn frequent guest benefits through Holiday Inn�s Priority Club program.
