Thomas W. Lattin

Lattin, 57, was formerly with PricewaterhouseCoopers.  A seasoned hospitality industry veteran, he began a career that spans three decades with the hotel consulting firm Laventhol & Horwath.  He spent eleven years as a hotel company executive: 7 years as President of the Mariner Corporation, and 6 years as President of Great West Hotels.  In addition, he has been a partner with the consulting division of Coopers & Lybrand and a Senior Vice president at PaineWebber.  Lattin will be based in Houston, Texas.

In addition to heading up the brokerage affiliate, Lattin will be putting his experience to work in assisting both PKF Consulting and HAA, Inc.  clients in pursuing financing possibilities.
