Unirez Selected by Noble House Hotels and Resorts
to Provide Private Label Reservation Services

,

DALLAS, TX / Kirkland, WA (August 14, 2001)  -  Dwight Hendrickson, President and C.E.O. of Unirez, Inc., announced today that it has signed a multi-year agreement with Noble House Hotels and Resorts to provide private label reservation services. Headquartered in Kirkland, WA, Noble House owns and operates an outstanding collection of luxury hotels.

Under the agreement, Unirez will provide reservation services and electronic distribution for the Noble House properties. Unirez will provide seamless connectivity to all Global Distribution Systems as well as booking capability through other major alternate distribution channels including Travelweb (www.travelweb.com). Via links to the Unirez booking engine, on line reservations can also be made at the hotels through their own proprietary Web site. In addition, Noble House will utilize the Unirez voice center to answer its 1-866-NOBLE4U calls. The luxury collection of hotels will still be bookable under the "NC" chain code in the GDS.

"The people at Noble House are as unique as the properties they own and manage. They have a passion about their hotels, and a vision of where they are going. They want to enhance their access to the travel agency community, increase their presence on the Internet, as well as improve their toll-free services. Noble House felt that Unirez provided the finest technology and professional services. We are delighted to have been selected by such a prestigious company to provide reservation services and look forward to working with them," Hendrickson said.

Skip McQuade, Noble House's Corporate Director of Rooms Merchandising and point-man of the selection process said, "One of the key objectives of Noble House is to continue to boost our Travel Agency business as well as provide these agents with consistent rates, room types and availability through all distribution channels including hotel direct, CRO, GDS and Internet. After many months of research and product demonstrations, we felt that Unirez had the finest ASP technology as well as services to best serve our needs and those of our travel partners. In today's hotel environment, it is essential to have real-time access to a full range of hotel information, including descriptive data, rates and inventory. In addition, it is critical that we have access to "on-demand" production and room-rate distribution reports. We feel that Unirez will best enable us to make informed decisions on our product positioning and distribution."

Rodney Wise, Unirez Executive Vice President and C.O.O. agreed. "Noble House wanted an Internet-based system which provides them real-time access to their information. This is the cornerstone of our technology. In addition, our state-of-the-art call center and professional staff of agents will be a great asset to them. Being selected by Noble House continues to reinforce Unirez's position as the leading provider of next generation reservations technology and services."
