| By Jess Fleming, Pioneer Press, St. Paul, Minn.McClatchy-Tribune Regional News April 24--The Millennium Hotel on Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis will reopen Monday, April 29, and with it a new restaurant, North 45 Degrees. The restaurant and bar is part of the hotel's $22 million renovation and "takes its inspiration from cities along the Mississippi River," according to a news release. The menu includes locally sourced items from Axdahl Farms, Cady Creek Cheese, Saint Agnes Bakery and others. The bar will feature local craft brews on tap, including Fulton, Surly and Steel Toe.
