 WorldRes.com Expands Management Team 
and Its International Presence
SAN MATEO, Calif. - July 11, 2000 - WorldRes.comTM (www.worldres.com), an online hotel reservation network for leisure travel, today announced several new hires and promotions.

Karen Aidem has been appointed Executive Vice President of Marketing for WorldRes.com.  Aidem brings over 14 years of marketing and operations experience from prestigious companies such as Citibank, American Express and MobileComm.  

WorldRes.com has named Kimberly Ferris as Director of Investor Relations.  Ferris will work closely with CFO Greg Curhan on all issues involving this newly created department.  Ferris has over 10 years of experience in the investment and financial industries, and comes to WorldRes.com from NetCentives, Inc., where she was Director of Investor Relations. 

Paul Wyatt has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for WorldRes.com.  Wyatt previously held the position of Vice President of Systems Development.  Prior to joining WorldRes.com, Wyatt served as the vice president of engineering for Cygnus Solutions.

Thorsten Schroeder has joined WorldRes.com Europe as the Director of Finance.  In this role, Schroeder is responsible for the coordination of finance matters among all European offices.

WorldRes.com Europe has promoted Jessica Funke to Vice President of Sales.  Previously, Funke was responsible for the creation and management of WorldRes.com�s European Sales Agent Network.

Richard Lewis, formerly WorldRes.com Europe�s Vice President of Sales, has been appointed the Chief Operations Officer for WorldRes.com Europe.
