STSN Installing High-speed Internet Access at 28 Columbia Sussex Hotels; Over 8,600 Guestrooms
SALT LAKE CITY, July 13, 2000 � STSN, a global provider of building-centric high-speed Internet access and other specialized broadband services, announced today it has been selected by Columbia Sussex Corporation to provide in-room high speed Internet access. In addition, individual properties will be connected to Columbia Sussex corporate headquarters via STSN�s high-speed data system, to allow greater efficiency in hotel management functions such as on-line booking, accounts payable and e-purchasing.

STSN will be installing high-speed Internet access to 28 Columbia Sussex properties totaling over 8,600 guestrooms. STSN�s system works with any Internet compatible laptop or computer and does not require the guest to use special PC accessories. STSN�s high-speed Internet conferencing solution allows meeting attendees to experience the Internet hands-on. Presentations can be made directly from the Internet and attendees can share information and meeting notes instantly across platforms.

STSN will provide Columbia Sussex property guests with a toll-free technical support line to answer questions and provide assistance 24-hours a day/7 days a week.  In addition, guests with virtual private area network software can have secure access to their private corporate networks and e-mail systems. Installation will proceed rapidly as the STSN system utilizes existing infrastructure and requires no new wiring or cables.

STSN Providing Internet Connectivity for G8 Summit Meetings in Japan

SALT LAKE CITY, July 11, 2000 � STSN  is providing high-speed Internet access in guest and meeting rooms to Japan�s Manza Beach Hotel and The New Otani Hakata in Fukuoka where this year�s G8 Summit is taking place. 

STSN has installed high-speed Internet connectivity for the Meetings of Heads of State and Government on July 21-23, in 407 guestrooms and 14 conference rooms at the Manza Beach Hotel in Okinawa. Participants in the G8 Summit, including presidents, prime ministers and chancellors from Japan, USA, French Republic, Russian Federation, Canada, United Kingdom, Republic of Germany, Italy, and the European Commission will be able to easily access the Internet through the security of STSN�s muliport device. Late last week Finance Ministers met at The New Otani Hakata in Fukuoka where STSN installed high-speed Internet connectivity to 366 guestrooms and six conference rooms.
