Financial Operations Director at Benchmark |

Hospitality has announced the appointment of Shawn McCance as Controller
and Financial Operations Director for the hospitality management company.
The appointment marks a promotion for Mr. McCance. He was previously
the Hospitality Controller at Bald Head Island Resort, a Benchmark Hospitality
property located in Bald Head Island, North Carolina.
Over the last ten years, Shawn McCance has held various property and corporate controller positions, including serving most recently as the Assistant Corporate Controller for Destination Hotels and Resorts. Mr. McCance has supervised the internal audit function and has extensive experience with property management transitions, acquisitions, and divestitures. Mr. McCance graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Creighton University of Omaha, Nebraska. He and his family reside in The Woodlands, Texas. With headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas, Benchmark Hospitality is a recognized leader in resort, conference center and conference hotel management. |
