Hotel Partners has completed the sale of the 104-room Days Inn, located
in Braintree, Massachusetts. The Days Inn was acquired by TLC, Inc.
of Texas, for $6.6 million. David McElroy, managing director in Insignia/ESG
Hotel Partners� Boston office, represented the seller, Delma Properties,
in this transaction.
The Days Inn is located on Wood Road in Braintree, MA, just south of Boston on Route 99. The new owner plans to convert the hotel to a Holiday Inn Express. The property will be managed by Newport Hospitality.
