Bill was recently serving as Director of Event Services for MetLife in New York.  While serving with MetLife, Bill was responsible for development of systems, contracts and logistics for their major incentive conferences.  His experience includes management of all types of meetings and events from Conventions to Board Meetings and even Olympic Incentive programs.  His diversified background included positions with a range of industry leaders such as: NBC, Walt Disney World Co., Hilton, Marriott and BTI Americas.

In leading the company, Bill has embraced the challenge shaping Above The Rim into a client-focused company easy to do business with.  �I understand the needs of various corporate cultures and the pressure a client experiences because I have been there.�  Bill commented upon joining the company.  �I felt I have worked with some of the best people in the industry, learned well from my mentors and challenged the conventional thinking in each experience.  I am hoping to use the confidence I gained from all the applause over the years tempered by the memory of a few bruises, to create a real vision for this company.�
