The World Trade Institute Conference Center occupies the entire 55th floor and is a commercial day meeting facility offering 15,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space.  The property, which is owned by Pace University, features Benchmark Hospitality�s award-winning and signature conference support services and day meeting packages.  

Renovations planned

Benchmark and Pace have planned nearly $2 million in renovations to the property including the upgrading of communications and audiovisual technology, the installation of Internet kiosks and customer business stations, along with the upgrading of carpeting, wall coverings and artwork.   The renovations are being planned to avoid interruption of existing conference business.

The World Trade Institute offers unsurpassed vistas of Manhattan, New York Harbor including the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, as well as the New Jersey palisades and the Hudson River.  Views are available from nearly every meeting room and public area.  

The conference center consists of 15 dedicated meeting rooms, a unique 140-person semi-circular seminar room, and a multi-function room with 2500 square feet of space ideally suited for trade shows, new product launches and receptions.  In addition to Benchmark�s conference services, on-site audiovisual equipment and support are provided, as are business and concierge services, and translation services.

Conference dining is provided for guests as well as continuous refreshment break service throughout the day.  Private catering for meetings and receptions is also available.  Those guests who require hotel rooms can select from several properties near the World Trade Center at which the conference center has negotiated preferred rates for guests.
