As Regional Director of Operations, Laura Neumann will directly oversee five Benchmark properties located in the Midwest, including SC Johnson and Son�s international conference center along with The Johnson Foundation�s private center - both in Racine, Wisconsin; The Big EZ Lodge, Big Sky, Montana; and White Oaks, Charlotte, North Carolina.  She will also lead the opening of The Chattanoogan, a $43 million conference center and hotel being constructed in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Additionally, Laura Neumann will continue to provide support to private centers in North America including 23 Wall Street, New York, New York; Edith Macy Conference Center, Briarcliff, New York; the World Trade Institute Conference Center, New York, New York; CIBC Leadership Centre, Toronto, Canada; and SunMicrosystems Conference Center, Santa Clara, California.  

Previously, Ms. Neumann was Director of Operations at The Northland Inn located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and before this General Manager of The AT&T Learning Center, Basking Ridge, New Jersey.  Prior to this position she was General Manager of The Council House, in Racine, Wisconsin.    Laura Neumann began her career with Benchmark Hospitality in 1987 as Director of Conference Services at the Chaminade Executive Conference Center located in Santa Cruz, California.
