 On Command Providing Small Hotels with OCX� Interactive Services Platform, Previously Available 
Only in Large Properties
San Jose, CA, Monday, April 24, 2000 - Enhancing in-room entertainment for the growing number of lodging properties with 150 rooms or less, On Command Corporation (NASDAQ: ONCO) today introduced a small-hotel version of its groundbreaking OCX� interactive, multimedia services platform. 

The new version of OCX allows smaller hotels to provide their guests with a full complement of in-room services previously available only in large properties. These services include interactive menus, preview channels, video-on-demand movies, video games, advanced guest services and the industry�s leading TV-centric Internet product, @Hotel TV.

�By leveraging the power of the Internet though services like @Hotel TV � providing internet connectivity through the TV set with a wireless keyboard � hotels using the OCX platform maximize their revenues,� explained Jerome H. Kern, CEO of On Command.  �We are also developing ways to make the installation process as convenient as possible for smaller properties. As such, the small hotel version of OCX boasts the industry�s smallest footprint while delivering more services�a great advantage when space is at a premium.�
