Boca Research to Facilitate LodgeNet's Evolution
of Broadband Services Platform
BOCA RATON, Fla.-- March 27, 2000 -Boca Research, Inc.® today announced the signing of a technology development and licensing agreement between Inprimis Technologies, Inc., Boca�s wholly-owned subsidiary, and LodgeNet Entertainment Corporation for the development of broadband systems that will distribute interactive TV content to hotel guest rooms. The agreement provides LodgeNet with software development and design services to integrate the i2020 interactive set-top box (licensed by Inprimis) with the Liberate Technologies TV NavigatorTM software and the broadband local area network (b-LAN®) technology used by LodgeNet for its broadband services. 

Larry Light, Chief Operating Officer of Inprimis Technologies, Inc., commented, �We are excited about teaming with LodgeNet to create this state-of-the-art, in-room system.
