�Hostmark�s expertise with hotel properties throughout the world will translate into providing excellent services for senior residents in our new HostKare facilities,� said Charles Gavzer, Hostmark�s Executive Vice President of Operations, who will head HostKare.  �Hostkare was created to reach a niche in the senior market for active seniors who are age 55 and older.�
HostKare properties will be independent living facilities with three meals daily, local transportation and weekly housekeeping included in the monthly rent.  Spacious public areas will provide a place for friends and families to gather for socializing, dining, entertainment and scheduled events.  Amenities at BelAire West include a fitness center, swimming pool, putting green, library,  computer library with Internet access, activity rooms, a community center and laundry facilities.

The Bel Aire West will have 167 one-and two-bedroom apartments.  All will have individually controlled heating and air conditioning, cable-TV hook-ups, wall-to-wall carpeting and an emergency call system.  Guest suites will be available for overnight stays for family members.  The Bel Aire will feature 24-hour security for safety and a 24-hour emergency response center.
Donna Carlin, an experienced administrator with more than 35 years experience in the health care industry, will be executive director of the facility.  She has managed three senior facilities in California and Nevada and received a bachelor�s degree in health care management.
