Hostmark is providing technical services for the planning and development of the property and will manage the full-service hotel when it opens.  A franchise agreement has been signed with Omni Hotels, a privately owned company of upscale and luxury hotels and resorts.
The site is on the south side of Balmoral Avenue, 1.5 miles from O�Hare International Airport, fronting the Tri-State Tollway, (I-294).  The village plans a sky bridge to connect the new Omni Rosemont to the Rosemont Theater, immediately to the east and a proposed new Rosemont Entertainment Center to the north.  The westward expansion of Balmoral Avenue will provide direct five-lane access to Mannheim Road.

The hotel is being designed by Chicago-based architect Solomon Cordwell Buenz & Associates Inc.  Interiors are being designed by Dallas-based Looney &Associates.
