LAS VEGAS-- Feb. 7, 2000-- WB Stage 16 Restaurant
celebrated its world premiere Saturday with a star-studded celebration

This celebration was an exciting way to introduce our guests to a completely new dining concept, said John Baydale, director of operations for WB Stage 16 Restaurant. When people come in the door they are awed by the beautiful sets, but what they talk about when they leave is fabulous food from a diverse and exciting menu. WB Stage 16 Restaurant combines distinctive cuisine and the legend and lore of Warner Bros. Studios most - celebrated soundstage. With the focus on food, the biggest star at the restaurant is the menu, which features a variety of sophisticated offerings that reflect Mediterranean, Asian, European and American influences. The sophisticated menu includes tempting appetizers such as Escargot Wild Mushrooms sauteed in scampi butter with a French bread tower, and innovative entrees like the Lobster and Wild Mushroom Strudel with baby greens and vanilla Stoli butter. Even sandwiches are extraordinary at WB Stage 16 Restaurant with choices such as the Honey Glazed Turkey and Gorgonzola Santa Barbara served lightly warmed with green apple relish on toasted walnut bread, and the Grilled Portabella and Buffalo Mozzarella Panni served open faced with roasted red peppers and garlic mayonnaise. For more than 75 years, Warner Bros. has provided some of the worlds most memorable and entertaining films, said Dan Romanelli, president, Warner Bros.
