| NORTHBROOK, IL�August 26, 1999 -- David T. Nutt, a veteran
of 15 years in the hospitality business has been named to direct Shell
Hospitality�s business development. In his newly created position, Nutt
will be responsible for the development of management contracts for hospitality
properties not owned by Shell Vacations, LLC, the firm�s parent company
as well as new acquisitions. He will also seek to acquire new resort locations
in specific areas that meet market requirements for the newly launched
Shell Vacations Club, a points-based vacation club.
Prior to his association with Shell Hospitality, Nutt has held numerous
positions in the hospitality industry. Most recently, he was general manager
of the Crown Plaza Chicago - The Silversmith, in downtown Chicago. He was
also regional director of sales for F&F Realty, which owns the Crown
Plaza and other hospitality properties. Nutt was appointed a lifetime member
of Who�s Who Among Worldwide Business Leaders and has received many other
professional awards.
 The
Northbrook, Illinois-based Shell Hospitality Group was recently named #55
in the prestigious listing of Top 100 U.S. management companies,
based on 1998 gross annual revenues of $52.9 million. Companies named in
the �Hotel Business� survey are management companies that operate hotels
under their own flag or those which own all of their properties.
